Welcome to 2024 Spring Town & Country New Home Tour presented by the Home Builders Association (HBA) of Fort Wayne. The HBA is excited to provide you with the opportunity to imagine building your life from the ground up in a new home. This free and open-to-the-public tour features 41 homes and in-home vendors in select homes throughout Allen County and surrounding communities.

Walking through these newly built homes makes it easy to see why building a custom-home is the ideal way to create the perfect place for your family’s needs and lifestyle. It’s also a great way to check out the latest styles and trends in new residential construction.
